Casa Bettina is a typical townhouse in the fishermen's quarter of Conil. It is nicely renovated. You can enjoy the sea-view from the private roof terrace, there are some chairs and a table. The combined living/dining area is very comfortable.
The two bedrooms are situated in the first floor, one with a double bed of 90 x 200 m and one with two single beds. There is a ceiling fan in every bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with ceran-cooking, electr. oven, coffee-machine, toaster and washing machine. Living room with additional sofa bed, SAT-TV and wifi. Quiet situated in the centre of Conil only 200 m from the sandy beach.

Muy buen ubicado, a dos pasos a pié de la playa Batelles -Chorrillo. Pleno centro pero muy tranquilo.
Bettina estuvo atenta a preguntas y resolvió rápidamente problemitas de la casita.
El aspecto difícil del alojamiento es que el baño y ducha está en la planta baja y las habitaciones arriba. La escalera caracol no es práctica .

Hay ventiladores de muy buena calidad, silenciosos, en las dos habitaciones. Se agradece!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Casa Bettina. Der untere Bereich mit Sitzecke und Küche ist sehr gemütlich und mit einer persönlichen Atmosphäre eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung von den Töpfen bis zu den Handtüchern ist reichlich vorhanden. Bettina ist eine sehr freundliche, deutschsprechende und unkomplizierte Vermieterin.Die Umgebung ist sehr schön ruhig und umgeben von blumenreichen, kleinen Gassen. Kuzer Weg zum Strand, keine 5 Min... Um die Ecke ein kleiner "Tante Emma Laden" Rundherum alles sehr ansprechend

Es war eine sehr ursprüngliche und authentische Unterkunft, wo an nichts fehlte! Der Hinweis auf die Wendeltreppe wäre bestimmt bei der Buchung von m Vorfeld von Vorteil! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Gerade eine gute Küchenausstattung ist selten, daher hier gesondert hervorgehoben.

Sehr netter und verbindlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter Vorort und in D.

Die Matratzen sind etwas hart.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in der urigen Wohnung.
