Casa Verena in Mayorazgo / Conil

The Verena house is a beautiful newly renovated house (year 2019) for 10 persons, with a modern and bright style and equipped for the whole family.

This house, located in a quiet and familiar environment, has all the basic requirements that can be requested for a wonderful family holiday such as a private pool, large garden, air conditioning both hot and cold and fiber optic internet connection.

5 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed (1.50), 2 with two single beds each, another with 3 single beds and a fifth bedroom with a single bed (80 cm wide).

Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

Modern and bright living room with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs, hot / cold air conditioning and fiber optic wifi. The living room has a large window that can be opened to the porch.

Outside we find the private pool with sun loungers, a large garden that completely surrounds the house and is full of various plants and fruit trees. On the porch there are garden tables and chairs (still to be added) and a covered chill out area. The covered barbecue area (still to be finished) is located next to the porch.

The plot is completely fenced and inside it there is space to park several cars and the entrance to the plot is through an automatic sliding door.
