Casa Salamandra is a beautiful house for 4 people, located in an extremely quiet area in La Vigía. It is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of personality, offering a cozy and unique atmosphere.

Property Features:

The house has a master bedroom equipped with a comfortable 180x200cm bed for a restful sleep. For two other people, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room with a separate mattress.
The open kitchen to the living room is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, and all other necessary utensils.
The beautifully decorated living-dining room offers a comfortable place for the whole family, with a comfortable chaise longue and a TV with Spanish programs. It is also equipped with air conditioning, ensuring your comfort during your stay.

The house has two covered porches. The front porch is equipped with comfortable loungers and a small table. There is also a hammock. The second porch overlooks the pool with a beautiful chill-out area. Both porches are equipped with awnings to provide shade throughout the day, ideal for the hotter afternoons of summer.

Next to both porches is the barbecue area.

The private pool, 10x3 meters in size and 1.4 meters deep, is perfect for cooling off during the summer.

The property is fully fenced and has enough space to park securely within the grounds.
