Casa Martina is a modernly equipped house with private pool and barbecue, Located in a quiet area in the pine forest of Roche. This house is perfectly suited for a family with children. The whole house is completely new and offers a comfortable and pleasant space for the whole family.

3 bedrooms, two with double bed and, one bedroom with 2 single beds (90m wide).
Bright and comfortable living room with sofa, dining table, TV with Spanish and international programmes (satellite), air condition and wifi.
Modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
Bathroom with shower.
All windows have mosquito nets.
Outside there is a swimming pool (5,5 x 3 m) and barbecue. Sun loungers and artificial grass are available.
There is also enough space outside to park comfortably and the whole plot is fenced for privacy and security.
