This newly built wooden house is situated in the peaceful rural location in Mayorazgo, just outside Conil.
It is small but very well equipped and offers everything you could wish for perfect familiy holidays on the beautiful Costa de la Luz.

2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.35 m), one with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
1 bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Living room with sofa, air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, TV with Spanish and international satellite channels.
There is a large porch with a dining table and chairs. All the windows in the house have mosquito screens. The private pool measures 3 x 6 m. There are sun loungers and an umbrella available. Next to the porch, there is also a portable barbecue available.

The entire plot is fenced, and there is space to park a car within the plot.
