It has 3 bedrooms: one double and 2 x 2 single beds, furhtermore a sofa-bed for two persons in the living-room, 2 bathrooms, living-room with SAT-TV (British channels), complete kitchen with dish-washer, washing-machine, microwave etc. and an extra dining-room. It is just 500m from the beach and abt. 1,5KM to Conil.
From the huge roof-terrace you have some seaview and a marvellous view around !
There is also a shower and a barbecue in the garden.
The house is situated next to the CASA ROSARIO and belongs to the same owner, so that both could be rented together for two families.
