Beautiful and newly renovated house for 6-7 people, located in a quiet area near El Colorado, with a private pool. This comfortable house offers everything necessary for a perfect family vacation. The house features 3 bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom, another with a 135 cm double bed, and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The house is equipped for 6 people, but in some cases, it is possible to add, upon prior request, a seventh adult or two small children, as it has a comfortable sofa bed (not a pull-out, but with an extra mattress). The use of the sofa bed, if possible, would have an additional cost of 10 EUR per day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a small breakfast table available.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a dining table, all with perfect views of the pool. WiFi is available. In addition to the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, the house has a second bathroom with a shower.

Outside, there is a covered porch equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a portable barbecue. The pool (6x3 m) is fenced and comes with sun loungers and an umbrella.

The house is near El Colorado, where you can find all kinds of shops, as well as a supermarket and various ventas just a few minutes away. It is also close to the Roche pine forest, perfect for hiking and nature lovers.

The property is fully fenced for greater security and privacy. You can park your car within the property. The house is in a very quiet area, accessed via a private, paved road that is dead-end, used only by the neighbors.
