 This country cottage „Casa Clara" is situated in a beautiful, quiet location near the pine forest. It has access to the large, child-proof pool area - the use is reserved exclusively to the tenants of the house.

The house of the owners (very nice people)is also a little further away on the huge property with large lawns, flowering bushes and palm trees- the terraces of Casas Clara are however shielded and very private.

Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils

Lounge with fireplace, comfortable sofas, TV with Spanish and int. Satellite channels (sorry, not english channels)

Bathroom with tub

The measuring of the pool is enormous: 5.5 x 12.5 m (!). There are 2 terraces, one overlooking the pool - here a vertical awning can be pulled down against the wind - as well as a terrace with barbecue.

Covered parking is available on the property.
