 The location of the house is ideal, as it is located in a small complex in a quiet residential area just one minute walking distance from the most beautiful stretch of beach of Conil, La Fontanilla. Here there are small beach bars and also the very popular Restaurant “La Fontanilla” . The old town of Conil can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Directly in front of the house is the Atalaya Park with a tapas bar , which offers a beautiful view over the beach. In addition, a playground has lots of open space for football and similar activities for kids.
