Casa Arena Blanca 1 is a modern and bright newly built house, equipped with air conditioning, wifi, a private pool, and a spacious garden with a barbecue. This house is perfect for hosting families of 4-6 people in a quiet area, yet just a few minutes' drive from the beaches.

The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (135 cm) and another with two single beds. The standard price is for 4 people, but there is the option to book for 5-6 people at an additional cost, as the house has a comfortable sofa bed. However, the sofa bed is exclusively for children; if you wish to book for more than 4 adults, please consult us in advance. All windows have mosquito nets.

The modern living-dining room is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. The house also offers a TV with Spanish and international satellite channels, air conditioning (only in the living room), and free wifi.

Outside, there is a covered porch with garden furniture and a chill-out area. The porch is located next to the barbecue and overlooks the private, fenced pool, ensuring added safety. There are 4 loungers and a  umbrella (they are not yet shown in the photos).

The entire plot is fully fenced, providing greater privacy and security. There is parking space for one vehicle inside the property. The house is located in a very quiet area, ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
