This house “Peral” with a wooden ceiling shares an elevated position overlooking a small creek, the nicely arranged pool and the communal garden. The private garden with the aroma of lavandas and romeros offers ample opportunity for sunbathing.
Inside you find an open lounge, a dining aerea with SAT-TV, american kitchenette, barbecue, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.Double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. You get upstairs on stairs made of stone; there is are two more bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
The other half of the building is the house “Pomelo” which can also be rented – for 5 persons.

It has its access through an automatic code-secured entrance-gate. To the famous beaches of Fuente del Gallo it is only some 900m and to Conil 2,5 KM.
