The interior features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.35 m) and another with two single beds, both equipped with wardrobes. The open-plan kitchen and dining-living area are fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and more. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a TV with Spanish channels, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi for added comfort. The bathroom has a practical shower.

The outdoor space is one of the home’s main highlights. A covered porch and a sheltered dining area, both furnished with a table and garden chairs, provide excellent options for enjoying meals outdoors. Next to the dining area, the barbecue, protected by an awning, is perfect for pleasant evenings.

The private 6x3-meter pool is fully fenced for safety and is surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun. In front of the pool, behind a green mesh screen, there is another section of the property, which remains closed off, ensuring extra privacy. This area is only accessible from within the property, with no external entry.
