Because it is located on the top of a hill, it offers a beautiful panoramic view from the roof terrace over the typical Andalusian fields, the town of Conil and even the sea. It has a private pool (7x3,5m) surrounded by the well-kept garden with trees and palms. All this details make this house just perfect.

Living room with sofas, flat screen TV (not included yet in the photos but soon added) with Spanish programs and international programs via satellite, fireplace with heater, Internet via Wifi.

Kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and all other necessary kitchen utensils.

2 bedrooms, one with double bed (1.40 x 1.90m) and another with 2 single beds (each 0.90 x 1.90m). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

From the living room there is an access to the covered and well equipped porch, with direct views of the pool. The pool is fenced for the safety of the children. In the garden there is also a roof that protects from the sun. The plot, protected from sight and wind, measures approximately 500 m² and there is enough space to park 2 cars.
