Casa Conchi consists of two houses that are offered as a single unit to ensure privacy and comfort throughout the stay. Both cottages are located on the same plot, which features a pleasant outdoor area perfect for relaxation and disconnecting from everyday life. A highlight is the elevated pool, accessible via a custom-made, comfortable staircase and ideal for guests of all ages.

The pool area is surrounded by a spacious garden, and for outdoor dining, the exterior includes a built-in barbecue and two covered porches equipped with a table and chairs. Sun loungers are also available for enjoying the sun in total comfort.
The main house includes a modern living-dining room furnished with a comfortable chaise longue sofa, a television with Spanish channels, a dining table and Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen, integrated into this space, offers everything needed for both short and long stays: dishwasher, microwave with grill function, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and a variety of kitchen utensils. The property has two double bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a spacious shower.

The second house is designed especially for a couple. It features a cozy living room with a sofa and television, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. The accommodation also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, providing extra privacy and comfort.

Both houses are located within a fully fenced plot that offers parking space for vehicles inside the property. The accommodation is situated in a neighborhood with access through a security gate, ensuring a more private, safe and peaceful environment.
