This welcoming holiday home is located in the Dehesa de la Villa area, just a few minutes from the town centre, and offers a peaceful and private setting with comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests.

The property features a private swimming pool, air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a private garden and several outdoor areas, ideal for making the most of the pleasant climate.

The house has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a 150 cm double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom features a 135 cm double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, mosquito screens and ceiling fans.

In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a second full bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped to provide a comfortable and practical stay. Facilities include a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils and equipment. There is also a table and chairs for breakfast or informal meals. The kitchen is connected to the living and dining area through a wide archway, creating a pleasant and open-plan feel.

The living and dining room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining table, air conditioning and a television connected via WiFi. From here, there is direct access to the covered porch, extending the living space outdoors.

The covered porch is furnished with a garden table and chairs, making it an ideal spot for shaded outdoor meals. Beside it, there is a small and cosy reading or coffee corner with a side table and two outdoor chairs. The covered barbecue area is also located nearby.

One of the main highlights of the property is the private swimming pool measuring 4.5 x 2.5 metres. The surrounding sun-lounger area is ideal for cooling off, relaxing or sunbathing during the summer months.

At the front of the house, there is also a private garden with a carefully maintained variety of plants, adding greenery and a particularly pleasant atmosphere to the property.

The house is set within a fully enclosed plot, providing additional privacy and peace of mind. Only the parking area is shared with a small independent loft for two people located next to the house. All other areas, including the house, garden, porch, barbecue area and swimming pool, are for the private and exclusive use of the guests staying in the house and are fully enclosed.
