Casa Viajeros is the ideal holiday home for guests who want to enjoy the beach, the pool and complete relaxation without giving up comfort. Located in a quiet area and surrounded by a garden, the house is just 250 metres from Fuente del Gallo beach and only a few minutes by car from the centre of Conil.

The property is fully fenced, offering privacy and security, and features a private swimming pool, several outdoor areas for relaxing, a rooftop terrace with sea views and covered parking for cars.

Inside, the house is spacious, bright and welcoming. The living and dining area stands out thanks to its large windows, which fill the room with natural light. It is equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a Smart TV, fireplace and air conditioning, making it a perfect space to relax or spend time with family and friends.

The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living area, is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. It also has a practical island facing the living room, where the cooking area is located. For extra convenience, there is also a second small fridge and a wine cooler.

The house has 3 bedrooms, ideally suited for 5 guests, although it may accommodate up to 6 guests if children are included. The main bedroom has a double bed measuring 170 x 200 cm and also features underfloor heating, adding extra comfort during the cooler months. The second bedroom has two single beds; and the third bedroom has one single bed and a bunk bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant rest even on the warmest days.

There are also 2 bathrooms with showers.

Outside, Casa Viajeros offers several areas designed to make the most of the local climate. From the living room, there is direct access to a covered porch, enclosed with glass panels and fitted with blinds that can be lowered when needed. This area is located next to the barbecue, making it ideal for outdoor meals.

Next to the pool, there is a second chill-out area beside the sun loungers, perfect for relaxing after a swim or enjoying a quiet afternoon.
