This beautiful cortijo-style holiday home is ideal for families or couples looking for peace, relaxation and privacy in a rural setting. Located in a quiet area, it accommodates up to 4 people and offers a fully fenced plot, providing both comfort and security.

The house is fresh, cosy and welcoming. It also has air conditioning in the living-dining room. This area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Please note that the Wi-Fi is not cable-based, so the connection and coverage may be limited at times.

The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living area, is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and other kitchen utensils.

The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed of 135 cm and another with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy the private 6 x 3 metre swimming pool, which is fenced for added safety. Sun loungers are available next to the pool for relaxing in the sun. The house also features a pleasant covered porch, equipped with an outdoor dining table and a chill-out area, perfect for eating outside or relaxing in the shade. The barbecue area is located next to the porch.

The plot is fully fenced and there is parking space inside the property.
