This newly built house features a modern, bright and welcoming design, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. With capacity for 3–4 guests (maximum 3 adults + 1 child), it is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation, while still being less than a 10-minute drive from the centre of Conil and its beautiful white-sand beaches.

Outside, the property offers a private pool measuring 4 m x 2.5 m, along with sun loungers and parasols. Facing the pool is a covered terrace equipped with outdoor table and chairs, and next to it a portable barbecue for enjoying meals outdoors.

Inside, the house includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 cm) and another with a single bed, ideal for 3 guests. In the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for an additional child. An extra bed can be provided instead of the sofa bed for the child, at an additional cost of €10 per day. The maximum occupancy is 4 people (with a maximum of 3 adults).

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave with grill function, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary kitchenware. The living room features the sofa bed, a TV with national and international channels, and air conditioning (hot/cold). Wi-Fi is also available.

All windows are fitted with mosquito screens, and the house is comfortable year-round. A washing machine and clothesline are available outside.

The entire plot is fully enclosed, providing added privacy and tranquillity. There is also parking space within the property. The location offers the perfect balance between proximity to the town and a peaceful environment, making it an ideal place to relax away from noise.
