From this room, there is easy access to the outdoor area, where the porch, pool and relaxation area are located.

The open-plan kitchen connected to the living room has a modern and functional design and is fully equipped for a complete stay: oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and kitchenware.

The property has three bedrooms, all equipped with ceiling fans. One bedroom has a 150 cm double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 105 cm each.

In total, the house offers two bathrooms with showers: one located inside the property and another outdoor bathroom, which is very practical for use when enjoying the pool and barbecue area.

Outside, in front of the house, there is a pleasant covered porch furnished with chill-out furniture, perfect for relaxing with views of the pool. Next to the pool is the covered barbecue area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals in a comfortable and private setting.

The private pool, measuring approximately 6.5 x 3.6 metres, is located in front of the porch and is surrounded by an artificial grass area with sun loungers available for sunbathing and relaxing.
