The apartment has a bright, modern and welcoming style, making it ideal for families of up to 4 people as well as couples looking for a comfortable stay close to everything.

The property features two bedrooms with double beds, one measuring 150 cm and the other 135 cm, designed to ensure a pleasant and restful stay. All windows are also fitted with mosquito screens, a very practical detail during the spring and summer months. There is also one bathroom with a shower.

The living room stands out for its large windows, which provide plenty of natural light and create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. It is equipped with comfortable sofas, a dining table, air conditioning, WiFi and a television with Spanish and international satellite channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and longer stays, including a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, microwave and everything needed to prepare meals comfortably during the holiday.

One of the apartment’s main highlights is its two private terraces. The first terrace is located in front of the living room and is perfect for breakfast, a drink or enjoying a book outdoors. The second terrace is located on the rooftop and is accessed via a spiral staircase. This spacious upper terrace is furnished with two sun loungers, making it an ideal place to relax, sunbathe or enjoy the pleasant evenings in Conil.

In addition, guests have the option to reserve up to two covered parking spaces (with extra cost), located approximately 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. This is especially convenient during the busiest tourist months, when parking in the area can be more difficult.
